AFOLs SUBSCRIPTION AND INFORMATIONS

If necessary you can assembly your building on Saturday or Sunday. Please let know directly to Marco Chiappa.

 

1) Registration:

To take part to the event please send and e-mail to Marco Chiappa, with the following form.

The map will be update everytime someone make a registration. The assignment of the space will follow the order of the registration and the space needed.

3) Lunch / Dinner / Accomodation:

Lunch and dinner organized by Pro Loco and prepared by Ristorante Pizzeria Colibrì. Food quality at popular prices.

For room or camping, please send and e-mail to Marco Chiappa. If you want to reserve room or camping by yourself, please note that Ballabio is really near to Lecco.

4) General information:

- The Legofest will be in the Scuola Elementare Comunale of Ballabio, near Lecco. The exhibition area covers the entire school.

- The exhibition tables are separeted from the people by chancel-screen.

- If you want to unregistered please e-mail to Marco Chiappa until 15 days before the date of the Legofest.

- Friday and Saturday morning are only for AFOLs.

- Bar and other service will be in the school.

- When you will reach the Legofest, you'll find a complete folder with program, map of town, detail information and other stuff.

- Exhibitors must dismount their creations by 12.00 o'clock on Monday 12. In this way exhibitors can stay in the LEGOfest area also on Sunday evening.

5) Selling point:

- The selling point subscription is chargeable

- 50 euros for a table 1m x 1m for the entire weekend

- 100 euros for a table 0,90m x 1,80m for the entire weekend

- Payment directly during the event, invoice by Pro Loco Ballabio.
